Main Street Vacation Home is a 3 bedroom Victorian-styled home located in the center of the historic town of Breckenridge on Main Street, and only a two minute walk to the Gondola. The house has 2200 square feet of living space with an outdoor hot tub.
This vacation rental home is part of the Brittany Place neighborhood. The professionally landscaped property has a beautiful center courtyard and connecting sidewalks. Located in the heart of Breckenridge, you can walk to all the restaurants and shops in town. Plus you have access to the free shuttle to go to other Summit County ski resorts. There are mountain views from the front porch.
This charming 2-story home features a recently remodeled kitchen with stainless appliances, hardwood floors, new cabinets and granite counter tops. Amenities include a gas fireplace, outdoor hot-tub, three TV’s, high speed wireless internet and a gas grill
The house can sleep six to eight people. The master bedroom is on the second level and features a king bed, a master bath and a private deck. There is also a queen bedroom on the second level with its own bathroom and a jetted tub. On the lower level, the third bedroom has a full/twin bunk, queen and a full bathroom. There is a twin sofa sleeper in the downstairs TV room.
The hot tub and gas grill are located on the back porch where you can enjoy summer dining. The front yard is a perennial garden where you can enjoy the cool mountain summers.

Summary: This is the second time we have stayed in this property. I can’t imagine a better location to experience Breckenridge! We walked to the gondola each day in about 3 minutes! We also walked daily to awesome restaurants, shops, and the market. The house is well equipped, comfortable, and spacious. We hope to return again! Our favorite place to stay in town for a wonderful family trip!

Summary: Great location, so close to the gondola and downtown. It make it so easy for our group of 7 to each go at their own pace. The house is perfect and better than we anticipated. The hot tub was amazing and it had all of the great touches for an excellent ski vacation.

Summary: Our third trip to Breck and second at 304B Main. It has become our go-to place! Fantastic house and furnishings, perfect location for getting to the mountain and Main Street. Private hot tub at the end of the day can’t be beat. Already planning next year’s trip. Thanks, Brad, for another awesome stay.

Summary: We had a great stay at the property in Breckinridge! We were there with our three 11 year old boys. There was plenty of room and the location on Main Street and by the gondola was ideal! We went skiing every day and it was so easy to get up the mountain. I highly recommend this rental!

Summary: We stayed in this gem for our annual ski trip with a group of friends and let me tell you - it was absolutely PERFECT. Our group consisted of 3 couples and we stayed here for a full week. When we arrived, finding the garage was somewhat confusing based on the instructions given but ultimately no issues. We were able to fit a Jeep Grand Cherokee in the garage. Having the extra parking spaces next to it for the other rental was so nice. The garage and parking spaces are behind the house. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need - pots, pans, crockpot, spices, foil, etc. We cooked breakfast every day and dinner multiple nights and loved how spacious the kitchen and dining area was. In terms of the bedrooms, 3 bedrooms 3.5 baths. All very spacious, comfortable, private. Our only qualm was that there was no dresser in any of the bedrooms to unpack suitcases into. Every room had plenty of closet space. The king bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable. Loved that there was a TV.Other amenities that truly made the house top-notch: the ski locker on the front porch, the boot cubbies in the foyer, the boot warmers!!!, the fireplace in the living room, the hottub, the washer and dryer. Oh - and I haven't even mentioned the location! 2 minute walk to the gondola. Right on Main Street. Spitting distance from multiple bars and restaurants. This house stole our hearts and made our trip. We'll be staying here whenever we come back to Breckenridge!

Summary: This house was perfect. Great location. Close to gondola to head to the mountain for a day of skiing. Right on Main Street so easy to walk to town for shopping or food. House was beautifully decorated, plenty of space, lots of amenities (shampoo/soaps, towels, lots of spices, plenty of thing to use to cook, all kinds. Of glasses. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.

Summary: We took the family trip for an early Christmas present and it was the prefect time to come . Mid December there was snow, all the town Christmas lights were lit and not super crowded yet . The pictures of the house didn't do it justice !!! We were very comfortable there with a family of 8. We ate at Eric's basement the first night and took to go .Quick and good food and kid friendly. We also went on a date night to legends steak and seafood ... food and drink 10/10.. I must note it is on the more expensive side .i can't speak enough about how easy it was to get around .... the gondola and busing system is right across the street from the house .we did snow mobling, tubbing and winter sleigh ride. You don't have to be a skier to enoy the sweet town of Breckenridge. We will be making this a family tradition !
